that's when i attempt to get a unit...

with the US market going to shit with the Fanny Mae and Freddy Mac thing going to hell and back... i think the global economy's going to shit as well..

time for some reality readjustments for those who profit from speculation...

run? how do u expect to run 7-10km unless you train to do marathons? you'll have to jog.

i play football once a week and that's when i lose the most water... if the weight is the same through the week then i know i lost weight

that could be it! maybe you should gear up for a marathon but go slow. my overtly-ambitious friend who hasn't run in his life and only managed a 5km 2 weeks ago wanna do a 10km next month; 21km in the stanchart open; and finally a full 42km next year. absolutely nutty!

I am sooooo happy my place was bought when the market was bad. People have paid more for 5 room flats.
